Lignite briquettes are small blocks of sedimentary rock composed of 60% carbon.
These are fuels for fireplaces or wood-burning stoves, to be used at night!
These briquettes should be placed in the fireplace or stove overnight to keep the embers glowing until morning!
You will have cozy warmth all night long, saving firewood.
In fact, by placing 4 to 6 lignite briquettes on the embers, you will be able to keep them burning until morning.
When you wake up, simply place a few more logs on the still hot embers and the fire will rekindle!
Terms of Use
Lignite is a sedimentary rock (fossil of plant origin), an intermediate fuel between peat and coal.
Composed of approximately 60% carbon, it is ground, dried, and agglomerated into briquette form.
The lower calorific value (LHV) of dry lignite is about 20,000 kJ/kg, which allows it to easily replace coal. Start by lighting the fire with wood, then place 2 or 3 lignite briquettes on the embers and adjust the air intake to maximum.
